The butterfly rotation requires some time to get used to, but the build is top tier. Raid and Fractal build for Harbinger in GW2 that focuses on Condition Damage and Support. This is a meta build.While you are leveling or getting the HP to unlock Scourge and/or Reaper, a power core necro with Spite, Death and Soul Reaping is probably the best thing you can play. After that, it depends on how you feel about the spec. Some people are more comfortable on Reaper, some are more comfortable on Scourge.
